The Bed & Breakfast Guest House Nestled in El Yunque
You'll escape from the conventional at our boutique guest house. This property, just 70 minutes from San Juan International Airport, has been a retreat for famed artists for more than three decades.
Be lulled by warm, gentle breezes and the beckoning of the 28,000 acre El Yunque National Forest...the only tropical rain forest in the US Forest System. This mountaintop retreat is your escape to paradise with private jungle paths and waterfalls, and a dipping pool you’ll never want to leave.
You'll discover that our open floor plan public places (living, dining, kitchen) provides sweeping views of the patios, pool and mountains...all the way to the blue waters of the Caribbean. The entire home is surrounded by a wide veranda designed to give direct access to the main floor bedroom suites. The second suite is accessed via a separate staircase leading to that suite’s private patio and entrance. And set apart from the main house the third suite is a secluded, 400 sq ft space that boasts it’s own covered balcony with unrivaled views.

“Exceeded every expectation”
I'm not sure what I can add to all the other glowing reviews on here, so I will at the very least confirm them. I don't know if there are any nicer people on earth than Ricky and Florin. 2 nights was all we got there and we stayed in the impeccably appointed Rainbow Room. They thought of everything all the way down to earplugs so you can sleep through the coqui frogs croaking. The fruit plate we were served in the morning alone is reason worth going, but the place is simply paradise. One of those places that makes you want to go back , through all the crazy driving and flights and everything - and coming from over 2000 miles away. This is a very special place that I will remember forever <3

“Highly recommended destination”
My daughter and I stayed one night in the Ginger Terrace Room on our return leg from Vieques to San Juan. We both wished from the moment we arrived that we could spend a week. Ricky is so helpful with directions and information and the PERFECT host. The view is breathtaking, bed is very comfortable, food is excellent. Wish we could have gotten into the pool but alas it rained most of the time we were there. Didn't stop us from hiking up the road and along the trails each day. We cooked dinner there and ate on the veranda with Obi the best dog in all of PR. We will return for sure. Thank you Ricky and Florin!
“A great B&B in the middle of the rainforest”
We had a great time at the Casa Flamboyant. We loved the location and the scenery from each direction. Ricky and Florin were so nice and accommodating. The grounds are very nice and well kept, great food and amenities hiking trails to the rain forest and a yummy breakfast.
